COHAB IS A CREATIVE WORKFORCE NONPROFIT THAT SERVES:

  • Artists in need of affordable studio space within a collaborative and inspiring creative campus.

  • A curated network of skilled creatives — welders, woodworkers, designers, fabricators — who can bring custom projects to life.

  • Artists and creatives with a vision to scale. These are thinkers and makers who are turning artwork into viable design solutions or public impact.

  • We support these residents with time, space, mentorship, and the infrastructure to conceptualize, produce, and sell — sometimes even providing a built-in platform for launch.

At Cohab Space, we're building more than walls — we’re building momentum. Our true priority is people-centered programming that brings our mission to life. We spend 70% of our time developing and delivering educational and mentorship programs, including:

  • A mix of free and ticketed workshops, artist talks, performances, and lectures.

CURATED EXHIBITIONS:

  • 3–4 public exhibitions per year, free and open to all.

MENTORSHIP & ACCESS

  • Built-in mentorship for exhibiting artists.

  • Portfolio reviews, creative career guidance, and networking opportunities.

  • Special focus on emerging and underserved artists seeking access to professional development.
